About the Event
We are pleased to invite policymakers, academics, practitioners, and representatives of civil society to participate in the South Bengal Regional Conference on Wetland Conservation, organised under the Voices for Wetlands initiative.
The conference aims to convene a broad range of stakeholders to examine the ecological, social, and policy dimensions of wetland conservation in South Bengal. Given the region’s wetlands’ vital role in supporting biodiversity, ensuring water security, and enhancing climate resilience, the event will provide a structured platform for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and collaborative engagement.
